Carry Your Stories with Simon Benjamin (@teambenjamin11)

This is something new for Treason Toting Company. We are actively searching Instagram for friends friends of the brand that use our hashtag #carryyourstories and sending them interview questions about their journeys. This time we interviewed Simon Benjamin as he travels around Thailand with our Charles backpack. Check out how he carried his stories below.

Where did you #carryyourstories and what interested you in going there?

I carried my story to Thailand. My cousin invited me on this trip to explore the beautiful beaches & rich culture.

Why bring a Treason bag?

My cousin said pack light because we will be backpacking to the different part of Thailand ( Phuket, Phi Phi, Chiang Mai & Bangkok ) but it didn't matter because I knew I was taking my Treason Toting bag, because traveling to me gives one the chance to express yourself, who you are and where you're from through your style what you carry and how much you carry. Treason gives me the chance to not only show where I'm from ( being made in Baltimore,MD. ) but to show that we have class, style, personality and we can carry a lot with a little bit and make it look great.

What emoji would you use to describe your trip:

Trip was 🙌🏾

What emoji would you use to describe your feels toward Treason Toting Co:

Feels toward the bag 👀 because all eyes was on my bag 2 people asked where did I get my bag and I gave them the business card!

The most memorable moment of your trip Moment-

🐘 riding and feeding elephants

What is your favorite thing about traveling?

My favorite thing about traveling would have to be meeting and connecting with new people from different walks of life.

Would you go back and what else would you like to see?

I will be going back in the next year and a half to bring my daughter so she can enjoy the experience and to explore other parts that I did not see.

Funniest moment?

Funniest moment was them getting me out the boat to swim with a life vest and I can not swim. Lol. That's all I'll say about that.

What’s the most beautiful thing you learned about a different culture while you were there?

The beauty was how nice the people were it seemed like there was no crime there. Never saw police. The fact that the people prayed over everything, they believe in a higher power and the respect that was given amazing.

If your bag had a name, what would you name it?

Don't have a name now. I will get back with that one.

What was your favorite souvenir that you brought back?

Matching T-shirt for my daughter & I.

What story did you create while you used your Treason bag?

I would call my story B-more & explore, style must be seen so travel!
